The Eagles grabbed a quick four run lead against Sheridan Hills and then poured it on for an 11-1 win in five innings on Tuesday. Abraham Alejandro was 3-3 with four RBI. His day included a double and a triple. Ryan Reilly and Knox Poole also tripled as the Eagles pounded out twelve hits. Andrew Gottfried scored three runs, Stephen Barnett and Reilly each scored two.
Andrew Liberty (4-1) picked up the win with 2 2/3 innings of no hit ball. Knox Poole and Reilly finished the game with Reilly striking out the side in the fifth.
CCA has won five straight and remains unbeaten at home (8-0). Next up is the final district game against WA on Thursday at Calvary.
