The Eagles recorded a season high fourteen hits en route to a 13-3 win in the CCA 4Him Classic. Hunter Walker picked up his first varsity win with three innings of shutout relief. Walker struck out three and gave up just one hit.
Andrew Liberty and Stephen Barnett each homered. Liberty's went over the fence in left while Barnett's was inside the park leading off the fifth and ended the game due to the ten run rule.
Abraham Alejandro was 3-3 with three runs scored, two RBI and a triple. Jonathan Benestat was also 3-3 including a double. Nick Kumar had two hits for his ninth multi-hit game of the season.
The win moves the Eagles to 14-5 and extends two streaks; seven straight wins and ten for ten at home. Next up is Olympic Heights Wednesday at 4:30.
