That's right, a tie. CCA and Gibbons ran out of daylight while tied 4-4 at Gibbons High and the umpires called the contest after six innings. First tie for CCA in quite a while, but the second in two days for the Chiefs who tied Coral Springs Christian on Thursday.
Taylor Gushue went deep (real deep) for he second time this year and Dalton DiNatale tripled for CCA. Emilio DeSilva drove in three runs. Andrew Liberty made his debut as the DH and singled in three plate appearances.
